Previous patients will know that I used to work at the Natural Health Clinic in Frome and Neal’s Yard in Bath. One of the consequences of the pandemic was a change in my working arrangements. I no longer work in Bath, or at the Frome Natural Health Clinic, which moved from its location in North Parade to the Marston Trading Estate. Sessions are generally longer now, and I see less patients. I can recommend other excellent practitioners if I am unable to see you myself or Frome is too far for you to travel.
Please check for up to date prices when you book. Some patients choose to pay more due to the length and depth of sessions.
Session Duration
The first consultation may take up to two hours, and includes a case history, relevant gentle physical tests, and an explanation of the treatment. You would usually receive your first treatment on this visit and a follow up treatment one or two weeks later. Follow up treatments are generally an hour or longer, depending on what is needed at the time. Visits become less frequent as your symptoms improve.
Health insurance and insurance claims
It is unlikely that you will be able to claim on any insurance for the cost of treatment, either in advance or retrospectively. Insurance companies prefer to use registered chiropractors or osteopaths. Sorry!
Cancellation
A fee may be charged if 24 hours notice of cancellation is not given. Consideration given if cancelling to avoid spreading a transmissible disease, and I would let you know as soon as possible if I needed to rearrange for similar reasons.
